The electronics security solutions company, Euroelektronika, will be moving into the nearly completed Yellowstone Business Center. The company's administration and project management teams, as well as planned technical facilities, will be relocated to this new space.
The premises will feature a common lounge area, meeting rooms, a switching room, and a dedicated space for working with physical documents, including a separate printing and preparation area. Since the company operates in teams, the new office will be organized into a cubicle system.
According to Euroelektronika's CEO, Tomas Vaičiukynas, several factors influenced their decision to choose the Yellowstone Business Center: a convenient location, lower maintenance costs, the ability to customize the layout as needed, and the desire to provide better conditions for both current and future employees.
"We are continuously expanding and always welcoming talented new people. The new facilities will be of higher quality and more representative, which we believe will enhance the comfort of both existing and new employees," said the CEO.
Designed by Prof. Rolandas Palekas’ architectural studio and "Planas B," the nine-story Yellowstone building is located at Jasinskio St. 14 in the capital. The 9,800-square-meter business center will also house "Kavos era," "Royal Unibrew," which manages the Kalnapilis-Tauras group, "Lexano," the research and development division of "Peplink," the Sostinės šeimos Clinic, among others.
Thirteen Lithuanian investors, including—Marius Jovaiša’s company "Unseen Pictures," Tautvydas Barštys' company "Taba Invest," and others—have invested in the project. The building's leasing is being managed by "Colliers Baltics."
